Leisure Island offers very modern houseboats, each houseboat includes:

Daily rental (minimum of 2 days)

Weekly rental

For weekly rentals there are two time periods available:

Early Boarding - Friday 4 p.m. or later to following Friday

Saturday 8 a.m. or later to following Friday

All boats must be in by 11 a.m. Friday or an hourly late fee will be charged.

If the week you are looking for is booked, call or email us to check for a cancellation.  We will keep your name on file and call if we get an unexpected cancellation.

At the beginning you will receive instructions of how to manage the houseboat, and the adequacy with the lake. You must be over 25 years of age

License is required. If you wish to obtain your Pleasure Craft Operator Card you can do so on line. For more details:

The houseboats Contains 12v plug-in batteries

You should bring the following items: sleeping bags, rain gear, portable radio/player, cooler for ice, deck chairs, binoculars, flashlight, insect repellent, Vest Life Jackets, Books & Games, Clothing, Groceries, Biodegradable Soap, Cleaning Aids, Fishing Equipment, Camera. Also don’t forget to bring all your documents.

Taxes - HST (13%)

There is a $50.00 charge for boats left excessively dirty.

Reservation deposit: non-refundable $300.00
