Houseboats
Houseboat Adventures offer a number of different houseboats for your pleasure. There are 44', 49', 58' and 68' boats available to ensure you enjoy your vacation and come fully equipped sleeping anywhere from 8 to 16 people. All houseboats include:
- Waterslide
- Swim platform / ladder
- Upper sun decks
- BBQ
- Deck chairs
- 3000W / 120V generator
- Large ice coolers
- Range/oven (size varies by model)
- Refrigerator (size varies by model)
- Microwave
- Cookware
- Dishes

Rental Periods
There are a number of flexible rental periods available.
- Weekly 7 days / 7 nights
- Weekend 3 days / 3 nights
- Long weekend 4 days / 4 nights
- Midweek 4 days / 4 nights
Experience Required
Previous experience is not required. You will be provided full instruction on operating the houseboat, safety requirements, how to read maps, buoys and channel markets. For the first few miles someone will join you to ensure you are comfortable with the houseboat. The designated captain must be 21 years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license.
Licensing
You do not require a boating license (Pleasure Craft Operator Card) to rent a houseboat. Prior to departure you will be provided a safety checklist for review. Be sure to ask any questions if you are not sure. Once completed you will be issued a temporary license that is good for your trip. You will need to keep this document readily available if request by officials.

Linens
Linens (sheets, blankets, pillows, towels) are provided. It is recommended to bring your own beach towels.
Pets
Pets are allowed at a cost of $75 per pet.
Additional Costs
There are a number of additional costs that you should budget for during your vacation and will depend on the duration of your trip and the distance traveled. Each operator has different policies and should be discussed directly with them. Some costs will or may include:
