Eau Villa operates four modern floating mini-houses (micromaisons) on floating docks at Chambly Marina. Each unit is designed for comfort in a compact footprint and typically includes:

Experience Required
No previous boating experience is required. Eau Villa’s floating homes stay docked at the marina — you do not navigate or captain a vessel. Check-in is independent; there are no employees on site.
Licensing
A Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) is not required for an Eau Villa stay, because these are docked floating accommodations rather than driveable houseboats.
Electrical Outlets
Each floating home has electrical power with air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, and TV so you can charge devices and stay comfortable year-round.
What to Bring
